This year we are seeking to expand the number of patients who are actively involved in shaping the future of the Attenborough Surgery, in the ever changing NHS. We want as many of you as possible to join our new Patient Representative Group.
Once set up, the group will initially examine its priorities for the surgery. This means that you will be able to express your views on what you want us to be doing, as a practice, in the future. These priorities will help structure the formation of a survey which will be open to all practice patients.

We really value the time and support that you are willing to give to the development of the practice and we hope to do much of the work of the patient representative group online to reduce your time commitment.
